Persephone Hellier

Persephone is a textile and surface pattern designer with experience in both high end and high street design for the fashion and interiors markets. She's worked for over 20 years in the design industry creating directional and innovative artworks.

She’s designed for the biggest names in fashion, from Ralph Lauren, Anthropologie, Givenchy, Etro, and Nike, to Marks and Spencer, Primark, Tesco and many more.

Persephone not only keeps her trained eye future and trend oriented, but she also keeps her skills honed in the use of design and production tools. And though she’s keen to utilise the latest technology, Persephone’s traditional fine art skills guarantee work that is truly unique. Those skills include hand painting, drawing, screen printing, embroidery, embellishment, photography and ceramics.

Persephone attended top UK art colleges. Starting at Chelsea College of Art and Central St Martins, then going on to earn a First Class Hons degree at Edinburgh College of Art and Design. Persephone also holds a PGCE qualification and is preparing to start an MA at the Royal College of Art and Victoria and Albert Museum.

Persephone currently works independently from her studio in the U.K.
